Privacy
The short version: this site does not track you, does not set advertising cookies, and does not load anything from another company’s servers.
What is not collected
There is no analytics on this site. No page-view counter, no session recording, no heat maps, no advertising or social tracking pixels, and no cookies set for any of those purposes.
Nothing on any page is fetched from a third party. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font service, the two icons are drawn inline, and the build fails outright if a script, stylesheet or image ever points somewhere else. That is enforced automatically, so it cannot quietly stop being true.
What is stored on your device
One thing: if you use the light and dark control in the header, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name theme. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and is not readable by me. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it, and the site falls back to your system setting.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. That necessarily involves handling technical information such as your IP address and the page requested. I do not receive an identifiable log of visitors, and I do not build any profile of who reads what.
The contact form
What you type into the contact form is sent to me by email and nowhere else. There is no third-party form service involved: the form posts to this site’s own address, and the message is delivered straight to my inbox.
The form is protected from automated abuse without profiling you. There is a hidden field that a person never sees and a machine usually fills in, a check that the submission came from this website, and a limit on how many messages can be sent from one address in a short period. That last check involves your IP address, which is used to count requests and is not stored with your message.
If a message is caught by those checks it is held rather than deleted, so a genuine enquiry that trips a filter is not lost. If delivery fails outright, you are told so on screen and given my email address rather than being left to assume it arrived.
The form asks for a phone number, an organisation, a budget and a timescale. All of those are optional, and it is fine to leave them blank and just write a sentence.
If you email me
Whether you use the form or write to hello@knowlezi.dev directly, I keep your message and address so I can reply and, where we go on to work together, so I have a record of what we agreed. I do not add anyone to a mailing list, and I do not pass anything on to anyone else.
Ask me to delete your correspondence at any time and I will, unless I am required to keep it — for an invoice, say. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold.
Changes
If any of this changes, this page will say so before the change goes live, not after.
